Instead, you must create new and separate team names for each "specific event" tournament roster (ex. Bears become Blue Bears and Black Bears or any other names). If you are only bringing one tournament "specific event" team, you must still create a different team name for this tournament's "specific event" rosters. Otherwise, it will load every player to one team, and this is a small-sided event with smaller roster sizes: a minimum of three players and a maximum of six players. 

You will have to search for the "specific event" team name you want to use first.

After the search results are done you will then CREATE the new “specific event” team name and info. If you have entered a small-sided tournament in the past and the ”specific event” team name you used before shows up in the search list, you can select it here if the team info is still the same. If not then Create a new one. Again do not select the option listed for your association official team roster.

Add yourself or your assistant coach as the coach on these event teams if not done in the registration process.

Now, you can advance and complete the registration one tournament event team at a time all the way through the checkout payment process. Return to the registration link to enter your next tournament-specific event team name and register them. Once all your specific tournament event teams are registered completely through the checkout/payment process, then you close out of the registration program. 

You must now go directly to gotsport.com and log in to your coach profile to add members/players to each small-sided “specific event” team roster, following the directions below.

1. Login to your gotsport.com coach profile
2. Click on team management
3. Click on the "specific event" team name you have registered
4. Click on the Roster tab
5. Open the event name search box using the drop-down arrow, select 2025 Tri-County Classic 3v3 Bruce Tower Memorial, then click Search. If you have previously completed the team registration process, this event only shows up to search.
6. DO NOT choose to clone the roster from any other event. Leave this option blank.
7. Under the Players tab, click the ADD button
8. Enter player info (Player's First and Last name and DOB exactly as shown on your association's official roster) and add players to this "specific event" team roster with their jersey number. Save info.
9. Repeat the process for all your 'specific event" tournament teams that you have registered completely.
