No, all players must be registered with their NTSSA-affiliated home association and must have been part of the same recreational team roster from the Fall 2024 season. Unfortunately, unregistered players or those not on the roster cannot participate.

1. Create New Team Names:
- Do not use your official team name. Instead, create new and unique team names for each 4v4 roster. Example: If your official team name is "Bears," you can create names like "Blue Bears" and "Black Bears."
- If you are only registering one 4v4 team, you may use your official team name or create a new name for this event.
2. Search for Team Name:
- Begin by searching for the 4v4 team name you want to use.
3. Create the New Team:
- After the search results are displayed, proceed to create the new 4v4 team name and enter the required team information.
4. Assign Coaches:
- Add yourself or your assistant coach as the coach for each 4v4 team.
5. Register Teams One by One:
- Complete the registration process for one 4v4 team at a time, including payment at checkout.
- Return to the registration link to register additional 4v4 teams with their respective names.
6. Finalize in GotSport:
- Once all your teams are registered, log in to your GotSport coach profile.
- Add team members to each 4v4 roster through your coach profile.

Access your GotSport coach profile.
2. Team Management:
Click on "Team Management."
3. Select Team:
Choose the 4v4 team name you registered.
4. Roster Tab:
Click on the "Roster" tab.
5. Select Event:
- Open the event name box using the dropdown arrow.
- Select "TriCounty Winter Classic" and click "Search."
- Note: This event will only appear if you have completed the team registration. 
6. Add Players:
Under the "Players" tab, click the "ADD" button.
7. Enter Player Information:
Input each player's first and last name, date of birth (exactly as shown on your official roster), and jersey number. Add all players to this 4v4 roster.
